GDZ-ISIS runs an NVOCC from the first quotation to the final invoice in one system, including U.S. Customs ACE manifest filing. GDZ Computer Services has built it in South Florida since 1985.
An NVOCC lives on paperwork that has to agree with itself: the rate quoted, the cargo booked, the container stuffed, the bill of lading issued, the manifest sent to Customs and the invoice that follows. When those live in separate programs, every shipment is typed several times and every retyped field is a chance for an error, a freight correction or a Customs hold.
GDZ-ISIS was designed around that flow. Information captured once moves from module to module, so a quotation becomes a booking, a booking becomes a bill of lading, and the bill of lading posts to accounting without being entered again.
GDZ Computer Services is based in Palmetto Bay, in Miami-Dade County, and has served the maritime shipping industry since 1985. Each GDZ-ISIS installation is customized and supported directly by the team that builds it, in English and Spanish, for NVOCCs working out of PortMiami, the Miami River, Port Everglades and ports across Florida.
